Sweet 16 birthday gift ideas?!?!?

Best friend is turning 16 in 2 weeks!!! :) I want to stay away from jewelry and “kits” or baskets if possible (even though I will be getting 16 things- 1 BIG thing 15 small)

My price range for the BIG thing is around 30-50.

She is outgoing, talkative, loves volleyball and Virginia Tech, as well as the colors pink and blue.

I REALLY want this to be special!
