Creating Gift Basket Videos

I need an original, cute sweet 16 gift idea for around $30-40.?

There are three of us in our little best friends circle. In December two of us put together a basket of movies, a slideshow of old pics, a video of friends saying happy b-day, candy, and some other little things for our friend’s sweet 16. Now it is her turn (& mine) to create another cute gift. I really don’t want to do the same thing twice (except maybe the picture slide show) but I want it to have the same impact. The first basket cost about $30-40 in all between the two of us, and we want to spend about that much again. Any ideas?

Ok so first I would create an album with different pictures throughout it. They could be pictures of different people and experiences that the girl has had with them. On each of the pages you could let a friend write a happy birthday wish to your friend as well as share a really good memory they have had with her.
Maybe you instead of candy you could put in candy apples, or chocolate covered pretzels….something different..
you could include three movie tickets to an upcoming movie that the three of you could attend together…
make her a CD with songs that represent your friendship…
