Gift ideas for someone who is going to have a mastectomy?
My best friend’s mom just found out that she has breast cancer and will be having a mastectomy in a few weeks. She is like a second mother to me and I would like to send her a care package before her surgery. Any ideas on what to include in the care package? I’d like to be more creative than just flowers or fruit baskets! Perhaps some breast cancer survivors could give me some suggestions? Thanks for your help!
PS She lives in Hawaii and I’m in Las Vegas, so it has to be stuff that can be mailed and is non-perishable.
