How will the No Child Left Behind Act really help our students and teachers?

If the No Child Left Behind Act was signed into law in 2002 was a lot of problems in the education sector should be resolved. The NCLB, the primary and secondary schools in the U.S. by increasing the educational standards and requirements, while at the same time to improve, so that schools and their respective states more responsibility for what has been taught in school and how well students learn it. The NCLB Act is to improve local standards, the teacher and student responsibility for school improvement for minority students and increase the quality of Education. But just in the last seven years since NCLB was enacted into law, the funds allocated for this bill began to waver and suddenly the requirements for such things as standardized tests also began faltering. The intentions behind NCLB Act were great. However, since its inception, not the stubborn economy only consumption, but the local government budgets for education and cut. Without adequate funding, it is difficult to set standards in a better education. The Want NCLB gives parents the opportunity to choose which school they attend to their child when their child's school does not meet certain AYP for two years or more. The NCLB also requires that schools improve their performance during the lesson topics in high demand for better ways that benefit all students in the classrooms. The NCLB encourages schools to encourage more parental involvement. The NCLB Act has its drawbacks. Some states have for "fixing" the standardized tests developed to track the student's educational progress had been made responsible in each state. Some will argue that the NCLB incentives to exclude low performing Students of a particular race or culture provides. Still others point out that the NCLB provides incentives to allow the gifted student progress and not just by more sophisticated Courses. The NCLB has been blamed for the loss of some courses in the arts and sport on the rise in the English language, mathematics and science teaching. It seems that the NCLB is a two way street. Depending on which way you travel, your view of the benefits will vary for each student. Some hope that, because the U.S. is now under the leadership of Barack Obama and a new cabinet of the administration, NCLB will be approved for additional funding. The NCLB has been a long time show enough now, its inadequacies and its positive properties benefiting the children in the public school system. The NCLB are heavily dependent on the results of our current economic situation. The NCLB has the option of an enormous impact on the institution of public education, and in turn benefit the Americans and their children.
