Have you ever tried a “gourmet meal delivery” service?
Search for “gourmet meal delivery” on Google, you get lots of results for services willing to ship meals to your door. Lots of variety in menus, options, and costs. Has anyone ever tried one of these services, and can recommend them? I’d be concerned I’d pay a lot for frozen food not much better than what I could get at the supermarket.
Ever tried one? Did you like it? I’m curious, plus I wouldn’t mind a break from cooking and subsequent cleaning.
I have tried it once for a special occasion meal, my hubby is a fine dining chef and I cannot compete with his culinary skills so I decided to order in a meal from a gourmet company, it was really good but I would buy food from Marks and Spencer next time and look up a decent recipe on line. It was good for a one off but I wouldn’t do it often because of the cost.
