A Woman’s World
Heels clicking, minds ticking, hips swinging, free flowing. Gifted with a cushioned tender touch and considerate souls. Forever transport glamour in every centre stage. The heart and mould in every household. A Shopa-holic by day, as snug as a mouse by night.
Waking up to each day, with an appreciative and a determined mind-frame,
I have been blessed with a hunky, handsome husband and two beautiful girls what more could a girl want. Because loving my family, keeping them healthy is my only target and aim.
Glancing in my wardrobe I’m gratefully thrown by my selection of clothes,
Making my mind up on the most preferable set for today becomes an irritable battle.
It’s rough, but has good bones.
Clean up the words a bit. For example ” a cushioned tender touch and considerate souls”. Pick a voice: are you speaking for one woman or more than one? Tender touches or a considerate soul?
The last sentence is choppy. I think that you are trying to give your Madonna Mother a selfish side, by having her focus on her clothes, but for some reason it doesn’t work very well for me. It tosses it’s head at the “shopaholic” line, which doesn’t really help, to be honest, though I like the way it ties all together. I just think that it is missing something… some connection is not tight…
But your phrases are good. The first two lines are fabulous (except for the slight issue with what should be plural or not). And I like “hunky handsome husband”, Cute!
