Help, I want to beat my kid’s @ss?
I just went into her room to look for something and I see her wastebasket has all this disgusting food with fruit flies buzzing over it. I told her before not to throw food way in there and that she needs to clean up after herself. I’m PMSing and feel like I wanna yell at her when she gets home from school.
Ask yourself the question whether beating or yelling is going to resolve anything! Your PMSing or you daughters cleanliness issues. Leave her room as it was and when she gets in send her to her room to find out what is wrong! She needs to learn from her mistakes and the easiest way is making her clean it up herself so she knows what happens if she throws food in her wastebasket again. It will be disgusting enough to remember it for a long time and is way more effective than yelling when she gets home from school, plus this way she can’t get mad at you either, cause it’s not your fault that she threw it in there right?
