Oregon Gift Baskets
Will Petunias survive in September and October?
My mom’s birthday is in a few days and I want to buy her an amazing hanging basket with Petunias, but I am afraid that they will just die in a couple weeks seeing as its getting closer to fall. I live in Oregon and it starts to get colder in the night, and windier in October.
Will they survive in September/October or should I consider getting a different gift?
If they’re watered regularly and fertilized and kept under a patio for example, where they’re sheltered from cold winds, they should last til around October.
