bugs in my house…. what are they and what do i do about them.?

so i found all these little black bugs in this new cabinet i got in November i opened it up yesterday and there was white powder everywhere and these dead little black bugs. or so i thought till i got to the wicker basket, it was full of holes and there were all these little black bugs crawling in and around it. i caught most of them but i have no clue what they are they are black with a skinny bodies less than a centimeter long and it appears some of them have wings and for some reason they can not climb out of the glass container there in and oddly i have only seen one try and fly but the glass bowl is covered in plastic wrap… but i want to know what they are and what i can do about them…. it appears they were eating the wicker but could not eat my wood cabinet so I’m confused

weird… maybe it’s a powder post beetle?
