how to get wicker to stop smelling?
I bought a hamper at Ross made out of willow wicker, and it now smells terrible. I can’t tell what it was treated with, but it really is a pretty amazing smell. Any ideas, apart from putting it out on the street?
I would set it out on the porch and let it air out. A bar of soap or some of that drawer-freshener or Febreze will make it smell nice.
