Need help with wedding!?

My fiance and i are planning our wedding. Its a NY wedding (maybe NJ). We are taking care of our wedding bands, the DJ (for about 4-5 hours) the flowers, limos, photographers & videographer, center pieces and other tiny things (flower girl baskets, ring pillow and favors have been taken care of). Generally, how much would a DJ cost for 4-5 hours, we are only getting flowers for the 6 bridesmaids, myself, the boutonnieres grooms and groomsmen. father of the bride, mother of the bride, grooms parents and we are planning something simple as our center pieces such as a glass with bowls of water and floating candles, and rose petals. Now, when you PAY additional for the ceremony (as we are doing our ceremony and recep ((cocktail hour and all)) in the same place) does that include them decorating it too? we are used a wine red and like a fall orange for our colors… generally about the pricing how much would evrything run?

A DJ will cost at least a few thousand dollars for the 4-5 hours, but it depends on the DJ and the venue. As for decorations at the reception/ ceremony site, you will probably have to pay for or provide any decorations that go beyond basic tablecloths (white or ivory) and napkins (white or ivory). (Such as centerpieces, anything you want hanging from the walls, chair coverings, etc). If cost is a huge issue, you may want to consider doing a destination wedding or shrinking the size of the wedding.
