Hi my name is Sarah and I am from Toronto, Ontario. My friend in Calgary, Alberta was going through hard times and being far from her really didn’t help but a gift basket full of goodies showed her I care.
I did a Google Search and many different sites popped up but one in particular caught my attention and I wanted to write about my experience because my friend’s reaction was priceless and on top of it the ease of use of the site was exceptional.
The colors of the site had nice warmth to them and I instantly felt comfortable being there. There are only four tabs on the whole website and each tab is specifically designed for the customer. I felt the site was made for me and the About You page confirmed this feeling even more. The F.A.Q. page mentioned questions that a buyer would have about their product and hence eliminating the need to go to another site or getting discouraged from moving forward.
The FREE HIDDEN BONUS ITEM that they send to the recipient was an extra touch…instead of using fillers or blocks to prop up the basket my girlfriend told me they had a unique wrapped item for her to open. Not only did she receive a good value gift basket but she received an extra gift on top of it.
Like most other sites the home page didn’t consist of lots of reading and nonsense but it opened to a widescreen page with multiple images of each basket and it made me want to view all the items. It also showed me exactly what Cheryl would be getting for her gift basket including the free hidden item.
I didn’t have to try to navigate around a complicated site because everything was presented to me in one click and that stands true to their name. My perfect gift basket was truly one click away!
After a search of the gallery I chose the ‘Whispered Prayer’ (Funeral) gift basket. It was full of unique items that could be shared with a large group and the presentation and description of the basket made me feel emotions that I wanted Cheryl to feel…warmth, care and lots of love.
Having PayPal as their form of payment showed that they value customer security when it comes to credit card use. Usually you would have to submit a form or call a phone number to place an order but again…everything they did had the one click mentality behind it.
Not only did I send Cheryl a beautiful gift basket but they gave me the luxury to have a one stop shop by having them pick up a nice bouquet and a bottle of wine for her family. It was my ONE stop shop for all my needs which saved me lots of TIME. I managed to send a very special gift and make a friend feel truly loved.
This company has lots to offer and I felt I was getting one surprise after another and everything was designed for customer ease of use. The last thing that sold me was the bottom of the home page…After ordering a gift basket, flowers and a nice bottle of wine for a reasonable price I got free delivery and the satisfaction of knowing if Cheryl didn’t like anything I could send it back for full money refund.
Once I paid for my order and completed my recipient information and card inscription box I felt good about my selection and was eagerly waiting to hear from Cheryl once she received her surprise. Instead I got a call from Mali and she wanted to confirm my order and make sure Cheryl received this as soon as possible. She confirmed my wine and flower order and asked what I would prefer for Cheryl to get instead of them deciding for me…I had the choice to customize my order even after paying for it. WOW! Is all that I can say to describe their superior customer service.
